If you are connecting from a PC using Internet Explorer or Firefox click here to go to the FTP site. If you are trying to connect from a MAC then you will need to use an FTP program such as Fetch or Secure FTP and in the host field put the address:

ftp.grandimageinc.com

Please when sending Mac files via the FTP site, to ensure your files do not become corrupt, please stuff the files before sending them. Also please make sure that the file name is not more than 32 characters long and that it does not have any symbols such as, !@#$%^&*() in it, as this may cause your file to not upload to the FTP site.
