2. Individual page elements should be scanned in by the same rule of thumb. Scans should be CMYK. Please do not define colors in RGB.

3. Grayscale images should be converted to 4 color rich CMYK.

4. Files should be sent in one of the following formats: Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express, PageMaker, or InDesign. Other formats may be acceptable. Please call ahead to confirm. Please include all required fonts.

5. Black should be defined as a rich black as follows:60% cyan, 40% magenta, 40% yellow, and 100% black.

6. Please send files on ZIP (100, 200, or 750mb), JAZ (1GB only), diskette, Superdisk, CD or DVD. Email is available for smaller files under 6-8mb.
